It was so nice out- and with our house being (almost) empty- we spent a lot of time outside- The boys enjoyed playing in their pool with their neighbor friend Devyn.
At the end of the month, we went up and saw Uncle Pete coach his team to victory! Pete even asked Ben to help when one of the boats came in! After watching rowing, Uncle Pete came to play in the sand with Ben & Tommy
Getting ready to move was a lot of fun! We had a semi dropped off at our house in Rochester to carry all of our things up to our new house. The boys were so excited when the semi was dropped off!
After we packed up the semi, it was taken up to our new house in Zumbrota! Things moved along so quickly that we finalized the sale of our house on August 8th and weren't allowed to move into our new house on the 18th! It was a little adventurous for us to be "homeless" for 10 days! Luckily we were able to stay with Carrie & Tony at the "O'Reilly Hotel" Our move-in day came quickly and- with the help of friends and family- we were able to unload the semi quickly! It is so exciting to have a new house to decorate... I think it is even more exciting to find everything that has been packed away!

In late August Ben, Tommy & Kris enjoyed a vacation to Breezy Point, MN. Now- we went up to Breezy Point last year and it was FREEZING! Bringing out the winter hats, coats & gloves! This year it couldn't be more different... it was glorious every day! We enjoyed the beach, campfires, playing outside, going on canoe trips, catching fish and even going on our first Jet Ski Ride!
What a fantastic time!
